By accessing or using Nexify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting ads, or otherwise using Nexify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Nexify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Nexify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.

3. Content Policy

Users must not post illegal content, spam, misleading information, hate speech, harassment, adult content, or anything that violates local or international laws. Nexify reserves the right to remove any content, ads, or accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice. All content posted must be your own original work or you must have proper authorization to use it.

4. Boosted Ads and Payments

Boosted ads are non-refundable once approved and activated. Payment for boosts must be made through the designated payment methods. Nexify is not responsible for disputes regarding ad performance or results. Boost requests are subject to admin approval and verification of payment.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Users may cancel anytime from their Settings page. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Premium features are tied to the account and cannot be transferred.

6. Transactions Between Users

All transactions between buyers and sellers are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Nexify does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and verify information before making purchases. Nexify is not liable for any losses incurred through transactions on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Nexify or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their posted content but grant Nexify a worldwide license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

Nexify reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at any time for violations of these Terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time from Settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.

At Nexify, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.

When you post ads, we store the ad title, description, price, category, location, images, videos, and contact information. We may also collect usage data such as pages visited, ads viewed, and interactions on the Platform.

Your information is used to provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, process payments and boost requests, communicate with you about your account, display your ads to other users, and ensure Platform security. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those stated in this policy.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, but only to the extent necessary. Your ad content and public profile information are visible to other users of the Platform.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for Platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your Settings page. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Nexify is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in countries where our servers are located. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
